Preheat oven to 325 degrees, bake covered for 10-12 minutes per pound. The last 30 minutes uncover and baste if desired. Allow ham to sit 20 mintues before carving.
Ham Glaze (two options)
1. Bring 1 cup of pineapple juice, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 1/2 cup brown sugar to a boil. Cover with the glaze during the last 30 minutes. Baste often.
2. The last 30 minutes of baking time, uncover ham and baste often with maple syrup.
